What is a discovery call?
This call is like an interview for both of us. Not every person or coach will be a good fit. A consult call will be the opportunity for you to tell your story and ask me any questions you may have about my coaching methods and style.
How I Offer Services
I offer Parenting, Family, Teen, Group and Trauma Coaching through various formats.
Via: In-person, text, phone, or video platforms. You choose which ones you are comfortable with. You can switch which ones you prefer at any time.
Brainspotting can only be done via video or in-person due to the visual nature of the process.
